Dr. Britton Montgomery is an experienced orthodontist with more than 25 years of clinical practice dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, followed by a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. She then completed her Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Orthodontics at the Medical College of Virginia.


Dr. Montgomery has received numerous academic honors, including membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society and recognition as a Hinman Scholar. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and maintains active licensure through the Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners and the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama.


Her professional background includes extensive experience in private practice, clinical instruction, and community service. She has served as a teaching assistant in orthodontics, completed advanced clinical externships, and co-founded Rush to Brush, a 5K fundraiser supporting the dental wing at Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital. She has also participated in initiatives such as Give Kids A Smile Day to promote children’s oral health.


Known for her caring approach, attention to detail, and commitment to each patient’s individual needs, Dr. Montgomery is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care to families in Madison, Carthage, and the surrounding communities.
